1 largeFresh White Egg

1/2 cupMashed Potatoes, dehydrated

1/2 cupWhite rice, long-grain

1/4 cupEvaporated Milk, canned

1/2 cupSweet Peppers

2 tspTable Salt

1/2 tspBlack Pepper

1/4 tspPoultry Seasoning

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.2. Cook ground chicken until no longer pink.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, egg white, mashed potatoes, rice, evaporated milk, onions, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, and poultry seasoning. Spread evenly into a casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
4. Meanwhile in another mixing bowl, combine ketchup and honey. Remove cover and spread onto baked chicken mixture.
5. Bake 30 minutes more or until rice is done.
