Ingredients

  • 3 lb 
    Beef Brisket
  • 1 1/2 lb 
    Green Snap Beans
  • 6 med 
    Potato
  • 1/4 tsp 
    Dried Marjoram
  • 1 dash 
    Table Salt
  • 1 dash 
    Black Pepper

Directions

1. Place brisket in a crock pot and cover with about 2 cups of water.

2. Add the vegetables and the seasonings to the crock pot.

3. Set the temperature to high and cook for 5 hours.

4. Remove meat, slice thinly, and serve with green beans and potatoes. Ladle the cooking liquid over the meat and vegetables.
