1 1/2 lbGreen Snap Beans

Directions
1. Place brisket in a crock pot and cover with about 2 cups of water.2. Add the vegetables and the seasonings to the crock pot.
3. Set the temperature to high and cook for 5 hours.
4. Remove meat, slice thinly, and serve with green beans and potatoes. Ladle the cooking liquid over the meat and vegetables.
